Special Reservation Package

Thank you for choosing Cộng Cà Phê to celebrate your special day! To ensure your party runs smoothly and is filled with unforgettable moments, please review our special reservation policy below. 

NOTE : Please ensure you select the exact number of guests in the quantity field at checkout. The total bill will be automatically calculated per person.

Booking Availability :

Please note that birthday reservations are only available during the following time slots:

• Weekdays (Monday - Friday): All day.

• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Only available for slots before 1:00 PM.

Birthday Package Rules : 

1. Full Payment: A 100% deposit is required to secure and confirm your birthday reservation.

2. Guest Confirmation: The final headcount must be confirmed at least one week (7 days) in advance so our team can prepare the seating arrangement and welcome setup perfectly.

3. Cancellations & Adjustments: In case of cancellation or any changes to your guest count, please inform us as early as possible.

4. Outside Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted. However, birthday cakes are welcome upon prior notification to our team!

5. Seating & Setup: Cộng Cà Phê reserves the right to adjust table arrangements depending on daily operational requirements to best accommodate your party and other guests.

6. Party Atmosphere: While we love a good celebration, guests are kindly requested to respect the café atmosphere and other customers during the party.
