3. BREWING INSTRUCTIONS

- Rinse the phin with hot water. Add 25 g of ground coffee (about 4 tablespoons) into the phin.

- Pour hot water (93°C) just enough to wet the grounds (about 30 ml) and bloom for 30 seconds.

- Place the press gently, using moderate pressure. Pour additional hot water until nearly full (about 80 ml), cover, and allow the coffee to fully extract.

- Enjoy hot or iced, with sugar or condensed milk to taste.

4. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a dry place, away from high humidity and direct sunlight. Reseal tightly after opening.
